Adopt - bringing a consortium together
Our experience throughout the whole project delivery process means we often start projects by forming consortia, writing and winning competitive funding bids, then by providing technical input, PMO provision, and funder monitoring management. The ongoing Adopt farming project is an example of introducing invested and interested parties to one another through our network of partners and clients, and then building these parties into a team which are perfectly placed to deliver technically and commercially on a transformative development project. We wrote the application on the basis of this consortium's mutual expertise and benefit from the work, and were successful in securing funding to enable delivery of a vineyard monitoring solution with the consortium. We are now working on designing and building technical solutions to capture the relevant data on-site in multiple locations in each case. This two-year project will evolve and we will share success as we have it.
